Can I customize my plan?

Absolutely! You can adjust recipes, delivery frequency, and portion sizes at any time. We make it easy to pause, skip, or cancel shipments whenever you need to.

About Our Food

What's in the food?

Our recipes include USDA-certified proteins (beef, turkey, chicken, or pork), fresh vegetables, healthy grains, and essential vitamins and minerals. Every ingredient meets human food safety standards.

Is the food complete and balanced?

Yes! Every recipe is formulated by board-certified veterinary nutritionists and meets AAFCO standards for complete and balanced nutrition for all life stages.

How should I store the food?

Our food arrives frozen and should be kept in the freezer until you're ready to use it. Once thawed, keep it in the refrigerator and use within 4 days.

Do you offer grain-free options?

We don't currently offer grain-free recipes. Recent studies have linked grain-free diets to heart disease in dogs, and our veterinary nutritionists recommend including healthy whole grains in most dogs' diets.

Delivery & Shipping

How often will I receive deliveries?

You choose your delivery frequency! We recommend deliveries every 2-4 weeks, but you can adjust this at any time based on your needs.

Do you ship to my area?

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is always free on all orders, no matter how big or small.
